Free Wedding Gowns for Military Brides

Posted in : Wedding Dresses, Videos

(added last year!)

Saying “I do” to the idea of helping military couples achieve the wedding of their dreams, Impression Bridal has paired with the charitable organization Brides Across America to provide free wedding dresses for brides-to-be who actively serve or are engaged to a soldier in the armed forces.

Taking place March 8th and 9th, three Impression Bridal salons located in Oklahoma City, Okalahoma and the Texas cities of Friendswood and Houston will welcome military brides  as they browse for their fairy tale frock among gowns by Impression, Simone Carvalli and DaVinci. A select number of the dresses, which are valued between $500 and $3,000 and range in size from 4 to 22, will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

To be eligible for a free wedding gown, brides-to-be must be presently engaged and either an active member of the military or the fiancee of a soldier on active duty in Iraq or Afghanistan. All brides must show ID, a copy of deployment papers and orders or other proof to qualify for the complimentary bridal creation.
